Managing school-wide fundraising programs, marketing and communications, alumni and parent relations, special events, parent and alumni database and new student recruitment.
Raising funds for student financial aid and the priority needs of the school.
Fostering long-term relationships with alumni and providing them with interesting and engaging experiences.
Building a strong sense of community through events and activities.
Implementing initiatives to accomplish school goals outlined in Saint Thomas the Apostle’s Mission Statement and Strategic Plan.

As a 501c3 organization, Saint Thomas the Apostle School has the obligation per the Internal Revenue Service to issue letters of tax deductibility for gifts received. All donors are recognized in our annual report and online commensurate with their gifts and with respect to their wishes.
