Dear Parents:
Welcome to St. Thomas the Apostle school 2023-2024.

Please check your child’s folder each day. You may reach me by email  [email protected]  or place a note in your child’s folder.  Please note that once the children enter, I usually do not sign into my e-mail till later in the day. You can also reach me through the main office  732 251-4812 .   Please  contact the school office for any changes in your child’s dismissal . 

Every first Friday of the month we have as 12:00 dismissal.

On 12:00 dismissal days please have 2 healthy snacks and 2 drinks for your child.

We are a “nut free” school. Please check all labels before packing your child’s snack/lunch. Please do not send in “Nutella”.

Please make sure that you label everything. Children need to wear comfortable clothing to be able to use the bathroom on their own, and their shoes need to have Velco ( no laces please). 

Before care or after care is available. All information is posted on the Website.

Homework is assigned on Monday's and Wednesday's, to be returned the next school day.  Please sign all homework assignments.  This is a great time to see what your child has done for the day.

If your child is going to after care please send in a separate snack and drink. Aftercare does not provide snacks for the children.

I send home a monthly calendar with any 12:00 dismissal and school closings.

The calendar also includes the letter and number that we are working on for the week to include any special activities that we may do for the month.
