OPEN HOUSE - SUNDAY, JANUARY 26TH, 2025 - MORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW!All new families who would like to attend Saint Thomas the Apostle School must fill out our online inquiry form and return it to the school. Any new student in Grades 1-8 should also schedule an interview with the School Principal, as well as provide a copy of their most recent report card and any child study team evaluations. Once your inquiry form has been reviewed and your child is accepted to St. Thomas School, you will receive further information about registration.
St. Thomas the Apostle reserves the right to ask incoming students to be evaluated for readiness in their enrolling grade. Our goal at St. Thomas is to ensure that all of our students are successful, and this starts with making sure that they are prepared for our rigorous curriculum.

The registration deadline for current school families is February 15th. Please submit all requested forms to your child's homeroom teacher. Registration will open to the general public in early March, and any current family who is not fully registered by then may lose their spot. Families are only considered to be "fully registered" once all forms are submitted and registration fees are paid. If you have any questions regarding registration, please contact the school office.
Diocesan Tuition Assistance Programs:
Families applying for financial aid must complete an online application at https://online.factsmgt.com/aid . The application period opens January 1, 2023 and will officially close on March 31, 2023. Awards will be announced on or about the first week of June 2022. See below for more information. *Please note that the application is completed online, however the COMPLETED and SIGNED Parish Verification Form must be returned to the school BEFORE the March 31 deadline.
Administration of the Diocesan School Financial Aid process is handled by an independent contractor and there is no longer a direct phone line for school financial aid. However, almost all questions that arise can be answered by:
• A FACTS Grant & Aid Representative at 866-315-9262; or
• Using the instructions provided and posted on the Diocesan website (www.diometuchen.org/tuition-assistance).
FINANCIAL AID: Hope Through Education is an organization that provides financial aid for students who qualify to attend private schools.
