Vaccination Policy:    Immunizations are required in the Diocese of Metuchen and students cannot be present in a school in the Diocese unless immunized. NJAC 8:57-4.4 (b) allows religious and affiliated schools to grant or withhold enrollment to non-immunized students without challenge by a secular health authority.  We follow all NJ state vaccination requirements and guidelines.

*Please note that all medical forms must be filled out ANNUALLY.
